🍕 Bacon Cheeseburger Meatball Pizza – this one’s going to be your new obsession! 🍕
Ingredients:
For the Pizza:
- 1 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crust
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup cooked meatballs, sliced
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced onions
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced pickles
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Meatballs:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Prepare the Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined. Shape the mixture into small meatballs (about 1-inch in diameter). In a skillet over medium heat, cook the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside.
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the pre-baked pizza crust on a large baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush the crust with olive oil for added crispiness.
Assemble the Pizza:
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Arrange the sliced meatballs, crumbled bacon, diced onions, and diced tomatoes on top of the cheese. Add the sliced pickles for that signature cheeseburger flavor!
Add More Cheese:
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the toppings. Dust the pizza with Italian seasoning and garlic powder for a burst of flavor.
Bake the Pizza:
