2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup fresh spinach or lettuce (optional)
Olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions:
Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
Assemble the wraps: Take a tortilla and lay it flat. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto the center. If you like, add fresh spinach or lettuce on top. Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly to secure the filling.
Cook the wraps: Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Serve: Cut the wraps in half and enjoy them warm with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a refreshing side salad.
