Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 pack egg noodles
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot, julienned
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until browned. Stir in broccoli and carrots, cooking until tender.
Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili flakes. Toss in cooked noodles and stir to combine. Serve hot.
Variations:
Spicy Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry: Add extra chili flakes or use chili oil for a spicier kick.
Teriyaki Noodle Stir-Fry: Substitute soy sauce and oyster sauce with teriyaki sauce
