Angel Beef Casserole


Ingredients:

2 lbs lean ground beef
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
Tater tots (for the topping)
Shredded cheese (your favorite kind)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
Once the beef is cooked, stir in the softened cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup until everything is combined and creamy.
Pour the beef mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish and spread it evenly.
Arrange a layer of tater tots on top of the beef mixture.


Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and golden.
For the last few minutes of baking, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt.
Once out of the oven, let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
