Ingredients:
1 pound breakfast sausage
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 pre-baked pizza crust
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Sausage: In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Remove the sausage and set it aside, but leave the grease in the pan.
2️⃣ Make the Gravy: In the same pan, add the flour to the sausage grease, whisking until smooth. Slowly add the milk, whisking constantly, until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3️⃣ Prepare the Pizza: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the pre-baked pizza crust.
4️⃣ Add Toppings: Top the gravy with the cooked sausage and pour the beaten eggs evenly over the pizza. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
5️⃣ Bake: Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the eggs are cooked through.
