Casserole made with rice, chicken and broccoli

This Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole has been one of those comforting dishes I’ve been making for years. It always reminds me of family dinners, where the aroma would fill the kitchen and everyone would come together to enjoy it. It’s a creamy, cheesy favorite that never fails to please!

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
2 cups cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3️⃣ Layer the Casserole: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

4️⃣ Bake: Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
