1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Blanch the Green Beans:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and blanch for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Drain and transfer the green beans to a bowl of ice water. Drain and pat dry.
Prepare the Garlic Butter:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Combine the Ingredients:
Add the blanched green beans to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Transfer the green beans to a baking dish.
Add the Cheese:
Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheese evenly over the green beans.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Serve the cheesy garlic green beans hot, with lemon wedges on the side if desired. Enjoy!
