Deep Dish Pizza Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls (seamless sheet recommended)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Pizza toppings: pepperoni, ham, sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin cups, shaping them to form a crust.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce into each dough cup.
  4. Add your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, ham, sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms).
  5. Sprinkle each cupcake with mozzarella cheese and a dash of garlic powder.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
