Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
1 tbsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it foam.
- Add flour, egg, salt, and melted butter. Knead.
- Let dough rise until doubled.
- Shape into balls, place on tray.
- Let rise again.
- Bake at 180°C/350° F for 15-20 minutes.
