Ingredients:


2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
½ cup cranberry sauce (jelly or whole berry)
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme (or 1 tbsp fresh thyme)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg (for egg wash)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions:


Prepare the Filling:


In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.


Assemble the Crescent Ring:
