Sno Ball Brownies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
7 oz. Marshmallow Fluff or creme
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 Tbsp cornstarch
5 drops pink food coloring


Directions:


Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.


Melt butter and chocolate together in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.


Mix in flour and salt until just combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan.


Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool completely.


Spread Marshmallow Fluff over the cooled brownies.
Toss the shredded coconut with cornstarch and pink food coloring until evenly coated. Sprinkle over the Marshmallow Fluff.


Cut into squares and serve.
