4 Ingredient Creamy Fruit Popsicles
Healthy, creamy, and fruity popsicles perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (180 grams)
1/2 cup fruit jam (I use blackberry, strawberry, raspberry, and mango peach) (160 grams)
1/4 cup whole milk or canned coconut milk (60 ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
Directions:
Mix Ingredients:
In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, fruit jam, milk, and vanilla extract.
If the mixture feels too thick, add a bit more milk to reach the desired consistency.
Fill Molds:
Evenly divide the mixture between 6-8 Dixie cups or popsicle molds.
Insert popsicle sticks into each cup or mold.
Freeze:
Freeze the popsicles until they are firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
For layered popsicles, pour 2-3 different flavors into each mold before freezing.
Serve:
To remove the popsicles from the molds, run the mold under hot water for 10 seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out.
