Ingredients:
3 medium-sized potatoes
2 eggs
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor)
Hot oil for frying
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Prep the Potatoes: Wash, dry, and peel the potatoes. Cut into thin strips like French fries.
Make the Coating: In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add salt, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, and Parmesan cheese if using. Mix until smooth.
Dip & Coat: Dip each potato strip in the egg mixture, coating it well. Toss in flour for that extra crispy finish.
