– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
– 1 cup shredded lettuce
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/2 cup diced cucumber
– 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
– 1/2 cup avocado, sliced

4. Assemble the Wraps:
– Lay a warm tortilla flat on a clean surface.
– In the center, layer the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, and cooked shrimp.
– Drizzle with ranch dressing or your preferred sauce, and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
5. Roll the Wrap:
– Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
6. Serve:
– Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side if desired.
