– 1 cup shredded lettuce

– 1/2 cup diced cucumber

– 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

– 1/2 cup avocado, sliced

– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

– 1/2 cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Shrimp:

– In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.

2. Cook the Shrimp:

– Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.

5. Roll the Wrap:

– Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

6. Serve:

– Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side if desired.
