Ingredients:

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

Prepare the Steak:

Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels. This helps achieve a good sear.

In a bowl, season the steak pieces with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat evenly.

Cook the Steak:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
