Christmas Wreath Cake
Ingredients
Cake Base:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup chopped pistachios or almonds
Decoration
2 cups buttercream frosting
Green food coloring
Red candies (like M&Ms or gumdrops)

Instructions
Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) . Grease and flour a Bundt pan .
Mix: In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and baking soda .
Cream: Beat butter and sugar until fluffy . Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla .
Combine: Gradually mix in the dry ingredients and buttermilk, alternating them. Stir in nuts .
Bake: Pour batter into the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes . Cool completely before removing.
Frost: Color the buttercream frosting green . Using a piping bag, create “leaf” shapes around the cake .
Decorate: Add red candies as “berries,” sprinkles for sparkle, and dust with powdered sugar for a snowy effect .
