Winter Pomegranate Mojito

I made this last weekend for a small dinner party, and my friends couldn’t stop talking about it. One even asked if I’d make it for their birthday! Great with your morning coffee!

Winter Pomegranate Mojito ❄️🍹✨

This Winter Pomegranate Mojito blends the bright, tart flavor of pomegranate with refreshing mint for a seasonal twist on the classic mojito. Perfect for cozy winter evenings or festive gatherings!

8-10 fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes

For Garnish:

Pomegranate seeds
Fresh mint sprigs
Lime slices

Instructions

Muddle the Mint:
In a sturdy glass or pitcher, gently muddle the fresh mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup to release the mint’s flavor.

Mix the Base:
Add the pomegranate juice to the mint mixture and stir well.

Assemble the Mojito:
Fill two glasses with ice cubes. Pour the pomegranate-mint mixture evenly between the glasses.

Add the Fizz:
Top each glass with soda water or sparkling water. Stir gently.

Garnish:
Add a few pomegranate seeds, a sprig of mint, and a lime slice to each glass for a festive touch.

This Winter Pomegranate Mojito is a delightful non-alcoholic drink (or add a splash of white rum for an adult version). Its vibrant color and refreshing taste will bring a sparkle to any winter celebration!
