Ingredients
For the Special Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp onion powder

- 1 lb ground beef (85% lean)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 pickle slices (or more to taste)
Instructions
1. Make the Special Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside in the refrigerator.
2. Prepare the Beef:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks.
- Drain any excess fat, then season with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay a flour tortilla flat and spread 1–2 tablespoons of the special sauce in the center.
- Add a layer of cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickles.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly like a burrito.
4. Heat the Wraps (Optional):
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and slightly crispy.
5. Serve:
