Ingredients

For the Special Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wraps:

  • 1 lb ground beef (85% lean)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 pickle slices (or more to taste)

Instructions

1. Make the Special Sauce:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside in the refrigerator.

2. Prepare the Beef:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks.
  3. Drain any excess fat, then season with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Assemble the Wraps:

  1. Lay a flour tortilla flat and spread 1–2 tablespoons of the special sauce in the center.
  2. Add a layer of cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickles.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly like a burrito.

4. Heat the Wraps (Optional):

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and slightly crispy.

5. Serve:
Cut the wraps in half and serve with extra special sauce for dipping.
