Ingredients:
✅ 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour (or bread flour)
✅ 1 packet active dry yeast (2 ¼ teaspoons)
✅ 1 ¼ cups warm water (110°F / 45°C)
✅ 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
✅ 1 teaspoon salt
✅ 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
Instructions:
1️⃣ Activate the Yeast:
- In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast.
- Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy (this means the yeast is active).
2️⃣ Make the Dough:
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Stir until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3️⃣ First Rise:
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp towel, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
4️⃣ Shape & Second Rise:
