Ingredients:
For the Meatloaf:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

For the Mushroom Gravy:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk; let soak for 2 minutes. Add ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix until just combined — do not overmix. - Shape and Bake:
