1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Topping:
1 ½ cups crushed Ritz crackers
4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
