- 2 cups sugar cookie crumbs
- 6 tbsp melted butter
For the Vanilla Layer:
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping or freshly whipped cream
For the Festive Top Layer:
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
- ½ cup red & green chocolate candies
- ½ cup crushed holiday sprinkles
- Extra whipped topping (about 1 cup)
Instructions
- Make the Cookie Base:
- Mix sugar cookie crumbs with melted butter until sandy.
- Press firmly into a 9×9 pan lined with parchment.
- Chill 10 minutes.
- Make the Vanilla Filling:
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla, then gently fold in whipped topping.
- Spread over the chilled cookie base.
- Chill 10–15 minutes to firm slightly.
- Add the Festive Layer:
- Spread a thin layer of whipped topping over the vanilla filling.
- Sprinkle candies, marshmallows, and holiday sprinkles across the top.
- Press them lightly so they stick.
- Chill & Serve:
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before slicing.
- Cut into clean squares with a hot knife.
