Ingredients:

1 ripe banana, mashed

½ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup melted butter

1 cup all-purpose flour

¼ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix wet ingredients: In a bowl, mash the banana and mix with sugar and melted butter.

Add dry ingredients: Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.

Scoop and shape: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet and gently flatten with a fork.

Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool & enjoy: Let them cool on a wire rack before devouring!
