Orange Yogurt Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup yogurt
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Orange zest
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a cake pan.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and orange zest in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add yogurt, orange juice, oil, and vanilla.
Fold in dry ingredients gently to avoid overmixing.
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Cool completely before serving with powdered sugar and orange slices.
