Ingredients:
4 pork chops, pounded thin
1 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare Schnitzel: Dredge pork chops in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry in butter until golden.
Make Gravy: In the same pan, add chicken broth and Dijon mustard. Simmer until thickened.
Serve: Top schnitzel with gravy.
