Pepperoni and Cheese Crisps

Ingredients:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Cheese and Pepperoni:
    In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and Italian seasoning. Mix well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
  3. Form the Crisps:
    Place small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1-2 inches apart. Press a slice of pepperoni into the center of each mound.
