Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese (small curds, drained)
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried herbs (optional, like thyme or parsley)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Olive oil spray (for baking)
Directions:
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with olive oil. - Prepare the Cottage Cheese:
Drain the cottage cheese well to remove excess moisture. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs (if using), salt, and pepper. - Form the Chips:
