  • 6 tbsp melted butter

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping or freshly whipped cream

For the Festive Top Layer:

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • ½ cup red & green chocolate candies
  • ½ cup crushed holiday sprinkles
  • Extra whipped topping (about 1 cup)


Instructions

  1. Make the Cookie Base:
    • Mix sugar cookie crumbs with melted butter until sandy.
    • Press firmly into a 9×9 pan lined with parchment.
    • Chill 10 minutes.
  2. Make the Vanilla Filling:
    • Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
    • Add vanilla, then gently fold in whipped topping.
    • Spread over the chilled cookie base.
    • Chill 10–15 minutes to firm slightly.
  3. Add the Festive Layer:
