Ingredients:
- 2 cups (500ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste for extra flavor)
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup (90g) mini chocolate chips
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1️⃣ Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with half of the sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside.
2️⃣ Whip the Egg Whites: In another clean bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Gradually add the remaining sugar while beating until stiff peaks form.
3️⃣ Fold Gently: Carefully fold the whipped egg whites into the vanilla cream mixture using a spatula to keep it light and airy.
4️⃣ Add Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
